We have classic hot Pilates to offer or hot sculpt adding small weights and equipment to add resistance to leave you feeling strong and empowered.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout that builds core strength, improves posture, increases flexibility, and enhances overall body awareness through controlled, precise movements. Join our classic mat classes or add challenge and resistance with our equipment mat classes to feel that extra challange!

Barre

Barre Pilates combines the precision of Pilates with ballet-inspired movements to strengthen, tone, and lengthen the body. Expect low-impact, high-burn exercises that improve posture, balance, flexibility, and core strength. Expect high reps and pulses!
